Reservation Policy:
Please Fax, mail, e-mail, or come in and fill out our reservation request to reserve space. If space is available, a signed conformation will be given to you. Cancellations must be made at least twenty-four hours in advance of your function. You may change your guest count (guarantee) up to a day in advance of your reservation.
Guarantee Policy:
Our service is fast and efficient. It is planned that way to meet your party's needs. In order to take good care of your guests, we must schedule staff as well as prepare enough meals to serve additional unexpected arrivals. Please note our "90/110" Policy. Unless otherwise arranged, your guarantee will be 90% of your reservation confirmation. In return, we will prepare 110% of your final count should you have more guests arrive than anticipated.
The guaranteed number is the count by which you will be charged should you fail to notify us and your groups attendance falls short of the reserved guest count by 10% or more. Example; if you reserve for fifty, forty-five will be the guarantee.
